Savouring Simplicity
Savouring Simplicity
Savouring Simplicity invites students to explore the value of slowing down and being present in a fast-paced world. It centers on the emotional and creative potential of embracing idleness—not as laziness, but as a space for reflection, imagination, and inspiration.
Students were tasked to create a short film that captures their own version of "idleness" or creative stillness. The goal is to tell a personal story—visually and narratively—about what it means to pause, reflect, and create without pressure. This piece would highlight the creative process, serving as a personal and artistic expression of their journey through the project.
